Do I need to know how to play golf?

Not at all! Our simulator is designed for everyone, from first-time players to experienced golfers. With multiple game modes and adjustable difficulty, guests of all ages and skill levels can jump in and have fun.

What’s included with every rental?

Every booking includes delivery, professional setup, operation throughout your event, access to multiple courses and game modes, and complete teardown afterward. We handle the logistics so you can enjoy the experience.  

Can you set up indoors and outdoors?

Yes! We can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events, provided there’s enough space for safe gameplay. If you’re unsure whether your venue will work, we’ll be happy to help determine the best setup.

What kinds of events do you book?

We provide entertainment for backyard parties, birthdays, graduations, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, fundraisers, restaurants, bars, festivals, community events, and much more.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

If severe weather makes your event unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability. Covered or indoor locations may allow the event to continue as planned.  

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before setup on the day of your event. Deposit amounts vary depending on the package you choose.  

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made within 14 days of your event will forfeit the reservation deposit. If weather prevents the event from taking place safely, we’ll work with you to reschedule whenever possible.  

Do you travel outside El Paso?

Absolutely. We proudly serve El Paso, Las Cruces, and surrounding communities. Events outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee.  

Can you customize the experience for corporate events or weddings?

Yes! We offer custom branding options, tournament formats, contests, and additional entertainment upgrades to create an experience that’s tailored to your event.  

How long does setup take?

Setup time depends on the venue and package, but we’ll arrive with enough time to have everything ready before your event begins, so your guests can start playing right on schedule.

How do I reserve my date?

Simply select the package that best fits your event, choose your preferred date and time, and complete your booking through our online reservation system. We’ll take care of the rest.
